This section only applies to the auction system to cover sellers and buyers. In order to use this feature, you have to activate it in your SportsDues Account under the control panel.
SportsDues will only release the funds from escrow, once the buyer has received the item purchased and the buyer provides us with confirmation.
The releasing of funds during a dispute are subject to:
1. Proof of item sent.
2. Proof of item received.
3. Proof of condition.
Funds will remain in escrow for a period of 90 days, until a complete investigation has been completed.
